What you can expect

• Media Relations: Help maintaining relationships with media outlets, journalists, and influencers to ensure our brand's presence is consistently positive and prominent.
• Content Creation: Support in creating compelling press releases, media kits, and other PR materials for distribution to relevant media contacts.
• Media Monitoring: Keep a finger on the pulse of media coverage and industry trends, identifying opportunities for proactive outreach and strategic messaging.
• Event Coordination: Assist in planning and coordinating press events and media interviews, ensuring smooth and successful execution.
• Agency Management: Help manage external PR agencies, providing guidance via minutes, overseeing project timelines, and ensuring deliverables meet our high standards.
• Performance Analysis: Measure and analyze the effectiveness of our PR campaigns, prepare reports, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Research & Presentations: Conduct research and prepare presentations for the communications team, management, and the board.

What sets you apart

• Currently enrolled in a university program related to Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and German.
• Awareness of luxury/lifestyle media and its prevailing trends.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience with social media platforms, particularly LinkedIn.

• Advanced presentation skills, with proficiency in tools such as Photoshop, Canva, or video editing software, will be considered a significant asset.
