We are seeking a skilled and innovative Senior Performance Marketing Manager to lead our efforts in driving measurable results through paid digital channels. This role will be responsible for strategizing, executing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across various platforms to achieve specific business objectives, such as customer acquisition, revenue growth, and lead generation.

What you can expect

  • Develop comprehensive paid media strategies aligned with business goals, target audience segments, and marketing objectives.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across channels (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Display Networks, etc.)
  • Manage advertising budgets effectively, allocating resources strategically to maximize return on investment (ROI) and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Conduct in-depth keyword research, audience targeting, and competitive analysis to inform campaign strategy and optimization tactics.
  • Monitor campaign performance closely, analyzing key metrics such as click-through rate (CTR), conversion rate, cost per acquisition (CPA), return on ad spend (ROAS), and other relevant KPIs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including creative, content, and analytics to develop integrated marketing campaigns that drive results.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, platform updates, and best practices in paid advertising to ensure campaigns are innovative and effective.
  • Conduct regular A/B testing and experimentation to optimize ad creative, messaging, targeting, and other campaign elements.

What sets you apart

  • +5 years of experience in paid performance marketing, digital advertising, or related field.
  • Proven track record of planning, executing, and optimizing successful paid advertising campaigns across multiple channels and platforms.
  • Expertise in digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, Display Networks, etc.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data, derive actionable insights, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience with marketing analytics tools, tracking technologies, and attribution models.
