Seller Compliance Representative

What you can expect
- Ensure sellers active on our platform are complying with our guidelines, legal requirements and meeting Chrono24´s high quality standards.
- Review messages and complaints from users and take appropriate actions, coordinating with account managers and other departments.
- discover and investigate potential breaches of our guidelines by dealers and take appropriate actions and measures.
- Ensure that Chrono24 remains a trustworthy marketplace for high-quality watches where buyers can have a positive shopping experience.
- Work closely with the Seller Compliance Team in our Headquarters in Germany on a daily basis. Review procedures from our headquarters and make appropriate changes in consideration of the (North) American market.
- You contribute with constructive ideas and recommendations to further improve the US market and Chrono24.
What sets you apart
- Experience in quality assurance, customer service or the watch industry is highly preferred.
- Experience in project coordination is a plus.
- Strong command of English, both written and spoken. Command of either Spanish or French is a plus.
- You are able to navigate delicate situations and make well-founded decisions.
- You are not afraid to think outside of established processes to find an appropriate solution to a problem. Strong analytical skills.
- Computer literacy and a quick-learner on new systems.
