Customer Compliance Executive, Asia Pacific (all genders)

What you can expect

  • Be an important part of our Customer Service Team.
  • Actively offer our buyer protection measures to strengthen customer loyalty to our marketplace.
  • Collect important feedback on the purchase process.
  • Pass on feedback and information from the conversations and are thus actively involved in improving the platform and our processes. 
  • React and take appropriate actions when there is rules violation against the platform.
  • Actively research transactions on our platform and collect data points.
  • Support the design and implementation of projects in the customer compliance area.
  • Communicate with international customers mainly over the phone and by e-mail.

What sets you apart

  • Minimum 1 year working experience, preferable in call centre/ customer service/ sales is preferred. Fresh graduates with internship experience will be considered as well.
  • Strong interest towards watch industry and ecommerce platforms.
  • Enjoy contact with buyers and feel comfortable to handle rejection form buyers.
  • Self-motivated person to take actions on your own initiative under minimized supervision. 
  • Strong command on written and spoken English and Chinese. Fluent in Japanese is a must if you are applying for Tokyo.
  • Proficient in MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams etc.). 
  • Don't know much about luxury watches? Don't worry, we'll teach you everything you need to know.
