All Partners on Chrono24 meet the following requirements:

• You have a business or company entered into the commercial register.
• Your business is affiliated with the watch market, general trading, or online marketing with a focus on luxury watches
• For European dealers only: Your VAT number must be registered in the VIES (European registration database for business and tax numbers)
• You have at least 50 watches in your inventory valued at €2,000 each, or the value of all inventory exceeds €300,000.
• You list all your inventory on Chrono24
• You sell entry or premium luxury brands
• Fashion brands and aftermarket watches are not eligible for sale on Chrono24
• You are able to process the order of "in stock" listings within a maximum of three working days.

Not a professional dealer? Information for private sellers

You can register as a professional dealer on Chrono24 in a few easy steps:

1. Enter your personal information
2. Submit your payment details (credit card or SEPA direct debit)
3. Upload your verification documents
   

You're now ready to create your first listing. However, before they can be published, we have to activate your dealer account.

Account activation only takes place once:
• We review and validate all business documents
• We check all draft listings

Register for your 30-day trial, start selling today and explore all Chrono24 has to offer. We only charge a commission fee for successful sales. We do not charge a monthly fee during the trial period.

For registration, please provide these following documents:

Legal entity/corporation

• Business registration (not older than 3 months)
• Utility, Internet, or telephone bill addressed to your company
• Photo of ID card, passport, or driver’s license (JPG, in color, both sides, scan not permitted)
• Articles of Association
• Chrono24 shareholder declaration (Download template)

Sole proprietor

• Business registration (not older than 3 months)
• Utility, Internet, or telephone bill addressed to your company
• Photo of ID card, passport, or driver’s license (JPG, in color, both sides, scan not permitted)

Commission fee is charged for every watch sold on our platform. We calculate each individual commission fee according to criteria such as brand, price, and condition of the watch. You can use our revenue calculator to determine the exact commission fee for each watch.

At the end of each month, we calculate your average number of active listings over the last 30 days and use your highest daily number of active listings to determine the right package size. These averages form the basis for any potential adjustments to your package size. If your average number of active listings exceeds the limit of the package you've booked by more than 10% for two consecutive months, we will adjust the package size to better match your average number of active listings. If your average number of active listings falls within the range of a smaller package size for two consecutive months, we will automatically switch you to a package size that matches your number of active listings.

At the beginning of the month:

You will receive a monthly invoice for your selected package.

Beginning of the following month:

You'll receive an email requesting you to review a list of all transactions completed via direct payment (DC) within 14 days. You can find an overview of your sales under "Transactions" in your Market Portal. As usual, you will also receive a monthly invoice for your Trusted Checkout transactions during this period.

Middle of the Following month:

If applicable, you'll receive invoices for direct payments from the previous month, as well as invoices relating to the Dealer Program.

Every sale completed on Chrono24 will appear in your account automatically. You or the buyer must report all sales in which Chrono24 has played a role, even if the sale was not finalized on Chrono24. You can report unrecorded sales in the "Transaction history" area of your dealer account. Reported sales will then be added to your overview and appear on your next invoice.
