What you can expect

  • Serve as a liaison between Chinese-speaking and English-speaking watch buyers and global dealers.
  • Provide professional assistance and guidance to our customers with your customer support skills.
  • Utilize your sales skills to increase the number of watch sales on Chrono24.
  • Get to know our customers through daily contact and learn how to best serve them.
  • Be in close contact with luxury watch buyers and maintain up to now knowledge about the watch industry.
  • Bring your own ideas and suggestions of how we can further improve our sales processes.

What sets you apart

  • Minimum 1 years experience in B2C sales for watches/ luxury goods
  • Have a passion for working with customers
  • Excellent communication skills (via phone and email) for building close relationship with customer
  • Be proactive and self-driven
  • Capable to work well in a team
  • Strong command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese) is a must. Proficient in an extra language is a plus
  • Proficient in computer and a quick-learner on new system
  • Having a thing for watches is not a must but definitely a plus
