What you can expect

  • You serve as a liaison between Japanese watch buyers and global sellers.
  • You use your customer servicing as well as sales skills to increase the number of watch sales on Chrono24.
  • You mediate between buyer and seller to guarantee an optimal purchasing experience.
  • You get to know our customers through daily contact and learn how to best serve them.
  • You are in close contact with luxury watch buyers and maintain up to now knowledge about the watch industry.
  • You bring your own ideas and suggestions of how we can further improve the customer journey.

What sets you apart

  • You have minimum 1 years experience in B2C sales for watches/ luxury goods.
  • You have a passion for working with customers.
  • You have excellent communication skills (via phone and email) for building close relationship with customer.
  • You are proactive and self driven.
  • You are capable to work well in a team.
  • You have a strong command of written and spoken English and Japanese is a must. Proficient in an extra language is a plus.
  • You are proficient in computer and a quick-learner on new system.
  • Having a thing for watches is not a must but definitely a plus.
