Customer Service Employee Quality Assurance (m/f)

As a member of our Customer Relations team, you’ll ensure that the dealers active on our platform are complying with our guidelines and meeting our standards. You’ll review messages and complaints from users and take appropriate action where necessary. You’ll also play a decisive role in guaranteeing that our users can rely on the information presented in listings on Chrono24, that they receive responses to their purchase requests, and that they all have a positive buying experience. Your ideas will help us improve Chrono24.

  • Ensure that Chrono24 remains a trustworthy marketplace for high-quality watches where buyers can have a positive shopping experience.
  • Make sure that our sellers adhere to our guidelines and that their listings meet our quality standards.
  • Analyze violations of our guidelines and take appropriate action.
  • Bring constructive ideas and recommendations to the table and help improve Chrono24.
