As a Watch Sales Executive, you will advise and support our customers as they purchase luxury watches. You will help mediate between buyer and seller to guarantee an optimal purchasing experience. You stand out not only with your communication and sales skills but also with your knowledge of luxury watches. You will employ these skills to promote a closer relationship between our online marketplace for luxury watches and our customers.
What you can expect
- Serve as a liaison between APAC watch buyers and global sellers
- Use your sales skills to increase the number of watch sales on Chrono24
- Mediate between buyer and seller to guarantee an optimal purchasing experience
- Get to know our customers through daily contact and learn how to best serve them
- Be in close contact with luxury watch buyers and maintain up to now knowledge about the watch industry
- Bring your own ideas and suggestions of how we can further improve the customer journey.
What sets you apart
- Previous experience in B2C sales for watches/ luxury goods, ideally from renowned watch brands
- Passionate about the products you sell and easily adapt to new market conditions. Excellent communication skills (via phone and email) for building close relationship with customer
- Be proactive and self-driven
- Capable to work well in a team
- Strong command of written and spoken Japanese and English is a must. Proficient in an extra language is a plus. #LI-Hybrid #LI-DL1
