- Use your customer servicing as well as sales skills to increase the number of expensive watch sales on Chrono24.
- Mediate between buyer and seller to guarantee an optimal purchasing experience.
- Get to know our customers through daily contact and learn how to best serve them.
- Be in close contact with luxury watch buyers and professional dealers on our platform and maintain up to now knowledge about the watch industry.
- Bring your own ideas and suggestions of how we can further improve the customer journey and share it with your international team.

- You have a passion for working with customers.
- Through your communication skills on the phone and by e-mail, you are able to win customers over.
- You are a luxury watch lover or already experienced in luxury watch consultation.
- You are good at maintaining close contact with your customers, via email as well as phone.
- You enjoy contributing to the professional and collaborative development of a team with your talents.
- You stand out with your communication and sales skills.
- You have a strong command of written and spoken English. Having another native language is an advantage.
- A proactive approach, the ability to work in a team, and a motivation to take action on your own initiative make you stand out.
- You are proficient in the use of common Office solutions and are able to learn new systems quickly.
- You have passion, creativity and curiosity to learn.
