Account Manager

Ort: Hong Kong Type of job: Full-time employee Entry Date: immediately

We are looking for an Account Manager, who will be responsible for building relationships with dealers at all levels. You will be working closely with our global commercial teams to ensure platform targets are achieved together with the dealers.

What you can expect

  • Act as a commercial contact for our key accounts to create profitable results.
  • Onboard new dealers and oversee the operational setup and implementation along with Dealer Sales team.
  • Offering training to new dealers and creating training materials if needed.
  • Provide support to dealers through different communication channels (e.g., phone calls, emails, and live chat).
  • Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts.
  • Maintain knowledge of dealers’ status, future plans, and goals to assess their growth potential and offer strategic action plans.
  • Generate sales analysis and progress reports for both internal and external parties.
  • Review dealers’ performance monthly and platform profitability.
  • Conduct regular business reviews internally and with dealers to ensure action plans are on track.
  • Forecast and track key metrics (e.g. GMV, number of sales, stocks and etc)
  • Maintain a detailed understanding of the platform, assist dealers with questions and identify upsell, cross-sell and renewal opportunities.
  • Work closely with Dealer Sales, Dealer Support, Dealer Success and other teams to drive platform KPIs.
  • Optimize existing processes within the company and actively initiate changes. #LI-MG1 #LI-Remote

What sets you apart

  • 5 years of experience in a merchandising or account management role is preferred.
  • Fluent in English and Chinese (both Cantonese and Mandarin). Any additional Asian language skill will be a plus.
  • Ability to multitask and juggle several responsibilities simultaneously.
  • Strong organisation and presentation skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Problem solver with strong negotiation and analytical skills.
  • Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced company.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas.
  • Flexible working hours might be required depending on dealers’ needs (including weekend and public holiday).
  • Proficiency with common analytical tools, customer relationship management software and MS Office (particularly MS Excel).
