What you can expect

  • Become an important part of our global account management team with a focus on planning and guiding the strategic direction of the US account management team.
  • Become an expert on Chrono24’s products, services, fee structures, and systems to effectively convey to dealers the value of Chrono24.
  • Lead of team of account managers responsible for serving the US.
  • Analyse and report on metrics and KPIs for the account management team to optimize performance and ensure the team is on track to achieve their goals.
  • Play as key contributor in cultivating company culture: openness and appreciation.
  • Motivate and inspire the team by creating an environment that promote positive and open communication.
  • Provide regular 1on1 and coaching sessions to team members to ensure the team is equipped with knowledge and skillset. 
  • Build long-term relationships with watch dealers, expand existing accounts, identify growth opportunities, and ensure client retention.
  • Serve as the dealer advocate by collecting feedback and working cross-functionally to develop new capabilities, improve user experience, and offer dealers a best in class sales platform.

What sets you apart

  • Minimum 8 years working experience in account management preferably in the watch industry / e-commerce platform.
  • Passionate about account servicing.
  • Strong interpersonal skill to establish a good relationship with our dealers both in person and via phone. 
  • Good team leader with a people-oriented mindset. Previous experience in leading a 5+ people team is preferred.  
  • Self-motivated person to take actions on your own initiative under minimized supervision. 
  • Strong command in English, both written and spoken. Proficient in other languages is a bonus.  
  • Proficient in MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams etc.). 
  • Having passion, creativity, and curiosity to learn.
