As a Talent Acquisition Manager (all genders), you will be responsible for the recruiting process for the Technology division at Chrono24. You will develop recruiting strategies and initiatives to achieve your goals efficiently and effectively.
What you can expect
- You will take responsibility for the entire recruitment process in the areas of Technology and Data.
- You will ensure an excellent candidate experience and act as a sparring partner, providing advice to both candidates and internal stakeholders.
- You will develop effective and efficient recruiting strategies and innovative approaches to attract talent while optimizing existing processes.
- You will be actively involved in the hiring process, including sourcing, screening, and conducting interviews.
- You will analyze and optimize the effectiveness of recruiting measures using relevant KPIs.
- You will build a talent pool to proactively meet future hiring needs.
- You will maintain relationships with external recruiting agencies and service providers.
What sets you apart
- You have a degree, preferably in Human Resources, or a comparable qualification.
- You bring several years of experience in recruiting, ideally in the fields of Software Development & Data.
- Ideally, you have a strong network within the tech community and actively use it for talent acquisition.
- You possess excellent communication skills and work in a highly results-oriented manner.
- You have a proactive mindset and are capable of creatively solving challenges.
- You are fluent in German and English.
