As Senior Internal Communication and People & Culture Manager (all genders), you will accompany change processes within the company and ensure that all stakeholders are optimally supported at all times. To do this, you will build good relationships with the various stakeholder groups, such as the management board or the various specialist departments. You will also develop internal communication strategies and formats to create a corporate culture that promotes commitment, innovation and creative thinking and conveys transparency.
What you can expect
- You will be responsible for internal corporate communications. You will also act as an advisor to the various stakeholder groups (Management Board, senior leadership and specialist departments) in order to successfully support change processes and drive forward the company's objectives
- You will implement the necessary processes, structures and formats to ensure
- good internal communication
Supporting the Management Board and its positioning in the corporate context as well as other important topics such as people & culture initiatives are also a central part of your work
- You brief your stakeholders and build good relationships with them in order to develop target group-specific communication solutions that promote business success
- You use data and insights to optimise strategic decision-making processes and their results
- You manage internal communication across all channels and oversee various internal communication media and formats such as social collaboration tools
What sets you apart
- You have a degree, preferably in media or communication sciences or a comparable qualification.
- You have several years of practical experience in the field of corporate communications and have supported companies in various phases of growth.
- You are used to working with a wide variety of stakeholders, including close cooperation with the management.
- You have very good communication and organisational skills, a team player mentality and work with a focus on quality and results.
- You love to work on your own initiative and independently and show creative thinking and acting.
- You enjoy working in an agile environment and have a hands-on mentality.
- You have a quick mind and enjoy researching specific topics and creating suitable texts.
- You are fluent in written and spoken English and are familiar with the common Microsoft Office applications.
