At Chrono24, we serve watch fans from over 120 countries - and our goal is to offer each of them an optimal shopping experience. As a Customer Service Manager, you take care of customer inquiries from our users regarding our marketplace for luxury watches. You will also skillfully master tricky situations and look for satisfactory solutions for all parties involved.

What you can expect

  • You are an important part of our Customer Relations team, which is made up of open-minded employees from over ten countries.
  • You support our users in buying or selling watches via Chrono24.
    You will bring your own style to the table and build lasting relationships with your customers.
  • You answer incoming inquiries via a ticket system and on the phone.
  • You support our users during the checkout process via buyer protection, which we offer as an attractive payment option on our platform.
  • You are always thinking about how we can further improve Chrono24 and our customer service.

What sets you apart

  • With your strong communication skills and professional competence, you are convincing both on the phone and by e-mail.
  • You have very good written and spoken skills in: German and English. Ideally, you also speak other languages such as French, Spanish or Italian.
  • You are characterized by proactive thinking, the ability to work in a team and self-motivated action.
  • Ideally, you have already gained experience in customer care, customer service or in a call center. This position is aimed at both career starters and experienced professionals.
  • If you are a strong communicator and quickly become enthusiastic about new topics, you are also very welcome as a lateral entrant or career starter.
  • Don't have any expertise in luxury watches yet? Don't worry, we'll teach you everything you need to know.
